The (n,γα) reaction with resonance neutrons
Description
New data on γ-transitions between compound states in the (n,γ)reaction are considered. The results of investigation of the 143Nd(n,γα) reaction give evidence for the predominance of M1 γ-transitions. The value of the radiation strength function has been found to be near to that for hard γ-transitions. (Auth.)
