The Co-Arousing Relationship Between Natural and Human Disasters in Human Milieux

Description

The disasters that occurred after March 11, 2011, were caused not by the initial earthquake and tsunami, but rather by a type of relationship formed between society and its environment that is endemic to modern times, where historical experience is forgotten and human subjects abstracted from their environment, to be relegated to figures in a profit and loss statement. It is this abstraction which turned the earthquake and tsunami into human catastrophes, and which - save a re-concretization of the Japanese milieu - is bound to provoke similar catastrophes in the future
