Direct data adjustment for 238U

Description

Continuous slowing down theory, generalized to incorporate the effect of inelastic scattering, is being used as an aid in interpreting discrepancies between calculated and measured fast neutron spectra. The process uses an interactive graphics system (MODIN) permitting adjustment directly on nuclear data. A brief description of the system is given. (SDF)
