The fusion process by using the 'shadow' model
Description
In the shadow model the fusion cross section can be obtained by using the Rutherford differential cross section. The shadow model is able to describe the fusion process at very low energies, where there are not experimental results. Moreover astrophysical implications of new values of the reaction rates, obtained by using the shadow model could be investigated and the neutrino fluxes can be determined. 1 ref., 3 figs., 2 tabs
