Moessbauer spectra of ternary compound of Sc-Fe-Si system

Description
The effect of the first nearest neighbours of the Moessbauer spectra structure in Sc-Fe-Si compounds is investigated. The quadrupole splitting in Sc Fe Si2 compounds (Zr Cr Si2 st. type), Sc Fe Si2 and Sc2 Fe3 Si5 is determined by the intensity of covalent interaction between Fe and Si atoms. The magnetic moment on the iron is equal to zero
