Photosensitizer interaction with cultured cells: laser and fluorescence studies

Consideration is given to the data of studying intercellular dynamics of hematoporphyrins (HP) and cytoplasmic pH under nonlethal insolation as well as on spectral and kinetic characteristics of HP fluorescence in plasmic and nuclear cell membranes and liposomes. Methods for increasing effectiveness of photodynamic damaging if sensitized cells are suggested
