Results of using RED (roentgenoendovascular dilatation) at renovascular hypertension (RVH) are analysed. Correct selection of patients for RED of renal arteries results in the best results of the procedure. Difficulties accompanying RED of renal arteries are described. Results of examination of patients with stenoses of arteries of transplantated kidneys after RED are presented
