Regulatory consents for nuclear and radiation facilities: contents and formats

The safety code on regulation of nuclear and radiation facilities (AERB/SC/G), hereinafter referred to as the Code, prescribes that consent from regulatory body shall be obtained at various stages during setting up and operation of nuclear and radiation facilities such as NPPs, research reactors, nuclear fuel cycle facilities and other radiation facilities. The objective of this guide is to provide guidance on the consenting process requirements and the regulatory consent formats.
