Network management in motion. Part 1. Network management in perspective. Transition or paradox?
Description
In a series of articles various legal aspects of network management are discussed from a European and a Dutch perspective. In this first part a general introduction is given on network management and related topics, such as developing local networks to international networks, the integration to unbundling the energy market in Europe, the development of centralized to decentralized, and from conventional to sustainable.

In een serie artikelen worden diverse juridische aspecten van netbeheer besproken vanuit Europees en Nederlands perspectief. In dit eerste deel wordt een algemene inleiding gegeven op netbeheer en bijbehorende onderwerpen, zoals de ontwikkeling van lokale netwerken naar internationale netwerken, de integratie naar ontvlechting van de energiemarkt in Europa, de ontwikkeling van centraal naar decentraal, en van conventioneel naar duurzaam.Additional details
