Segnetoelectric phases of La2(Ti, Sc, B5)2O7 (B5 -Nb,Ta) with lamellar perovskite-like structure

Description
Ferroelectric and some electrophysical properties of phases indicated in the title, possessing lamellar perovskite-like structure are studied. It is shown that under heterovalent substitution of titanium atoms in La2Ti2O7 La4Ti4-xScx/2Nbx/2O14 (X≤2.75) and La4Ti4-xScx/2Tax/2O14 (X≤2.25) phases preserve ferroelectric properties. Titanium atom subtitution for scandium and niobium (tantalum) atoms in La2Ti2O7 leads to the reduction of the value of dielectric permittivity of phases with lamellar perovskite-like structure, which possess electron conductivity
