Diffraction study of ceramics Y-Ba-Cu-O(Cl,I,Br)

Description
Neutron and x-ray diffraction studies of the ceramic YBaCuO samples after heat-treatment by halogens were carried out. The oxygen atoms from CuO2 planes forced out by halogens in course of chemical reaction occupy the vacant positions in CuO chains providing superconductivity. (author) 1 ref
