Physical properties of (n+)SrTiO3 films
- 1. Bordeaux-1 Univ., 33 (France)
Description
The physical properties of sputtered SrTiO3 films, determined from photoelectrochemical behavior and conductivity measurements, are examined. High ionized donor density, small carrier diffusion length, and low mobility characterize the n+-type semiconducting films in which the carriers enter self-trapped states as a result of disorder occuring in the films.
