Interactions of titanium and phosphorus with vanadium, chromium or manganese

Interaction in the Ti-(V,Cr,Mn)-P systems in the area of 0-0.5 at. p. P is studied through the method of roentgenostructural analysis; isothermal cross sections of state diagrams at 1070 K are plotted. Solid solutions: (Ti,V)3P, Ti3.0-2.4Cr0-0.6P, Ti3.0-2.2Mn0-0.8P (the Ti3P structural type); Cr3.0-1.9Ti0-0.3P, Mn3.0-1.9Ti0-1.1P (Ni3P); V2.0-0.8Ti0-1.2P (anti-PbCl2); Mn2.0-1.0Ti0-1.0P (Fe2P); Ti1.0-0.8V0-0.2P, Ti1.0-0.8Cr0-0.2P, Ti0-0.75Mn0-0.25P (TiAs); Cr1.00-0.88Ti0-0.12P, Mn1.0-0.9Ti0-0.1P(MnP) are formed in all above mentioned systems. New compound homogeneous by the Ti1.2-0.5Cr0.8-1.5P compositions is identified in the Ti-Cr-P system. The compound structure for the TiCrP composition is decoded through the powder method: the structure is of the Fe2P type, a = 0.6407(1), c = 0.3311(1) nm, R = 0.093

Методом рентгеноструктурного анализа исследовано взаимодействие в системах Ti-(V,Cr,Mn)-P в области 0-0.5 ат. д. Р, построены изотермические сечения диаграмм состояний при 1070 К. Во всех системах образуются твердые растворы: (Ti,V)3P, Ti3.0-2.4Cr0-0.6P, Ti3.0-2.2Mn0-0.8P (структура типа Ti3P); Cr3.0-1.9Ti0-0.3P, Mn3.0-1.9Ti0-1.1P (Ni3P); V2.0-0.8Ti0-1.2P (анти-PbCl2); Mn2.0-1.0Ti0-1.0P (Fe2P); Ti1.0-0.8V0-0.2P, Ti1.0-0.8Cr0-0.2P, Ti0-0.75Mn0-0.25P (TiAs); Cr1.00-0.88Ti0-0.12P, Mn1.0-0.9Ti0-0.1P(MnP).
