Atrial stimulation test and repeated left ventriculography for assessment of left-ventricular function in stable angina pectoris
Description
It is shown that the state of the left ventricle in patients with stable angina pectoris function and its change at the background of aurical stimulation test(AST) is mainly determined by the state of the myocardium itself, its adaptation to functioning under ischemia, and by extension of cardiosclerosis, anaerbic metabolism zones and coronary atherosclerosis. AST, used for ischemia diagnosis according to clinico-electrocardiographic criteria in combination with numerical ventriculography allows one to more precisly evaluate the state of the left ventricle, diagnose the initial forms of heart failure
