The development of a theta-pinch reactor with liner is discussed. A serious approach requires the performance of systems analysis for the purpose of selecting the theoretical solutions for the individual assemblies and determining the possibility of control as a whole. The problems which arise in sequential analysis of a reactor are discussed. (U.S.)
