Quantum-electrodynamics without renormalization. Pt. 3

Description
The vacuum-polarization tensor is calculated to second order. The fourth-order photon mass is calculated. The photon mass is shown to be determinate to all orders. Putting it equal to zero may fix the value of the fine-structure constant. (orig.)
