PWR reactor power control system testing design and realization
Description
Reactor power control system is an important part of nuclear power plant DCS system. This paper describes the basic principle of the reactor power control system and introduces the realization scheme of its functional test at the factory test phase in detail. Based on LabVIEW software platform and integrate the hardware design, this scheme realizes the reactor power control signals acquisition, procession and transmission, and the test results storage, calculation and analysis. Through the application in the reactor power control system of Yang-Jiang reactor power plant, the test results show that, every operating parameters is consistent with theoretical and actual operation value, meets all the factory test technical requirements, provides a reference scheme for similar test of instrument and control field.
