New microscopical parameter of high-temperature superconductors
Creators
Description
For the first time one has paid attention to the fact, that ion electron polarizability represents and important microscopic parameter which determines the properties of normal and superconducting states of the oxide high-temperature superconductors. It determines nonstoichiometry by oxygen and hole concentration in high-temperature oxides. The obtained results agree well with available experimental data
