SSRF booster tune measurement data acquisition system

Description
The paper presents a real-time data acquisition and processing method of the booster tune measurement system for Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF). When the beam was excited, the signal from a beam position monitor (BPM) was processed in a Libera(digital beam position processor). A Soft IOC was introduced to find out the decimal part of betatron oscillation tune using Fast Fourier transform(FFT). Preliminary experiments in the commissioning showed that this method could meet the requirements of precision and speed. (authors)
