Description
The NMR spectrometry is a method of matter study which has been developed in a lot of fields as for instance physics, chemistry, physical chemistry and biology. This method concerns both the liquid and the solid state. In this work, the author stresses particularly on the study in solution of synthesis or natural organic molecules and biological molecules. The originality of this method is to give information both on each atom which forms the investigated structure, on the atoms sequence in this structure, on the conformation and on the related configurations. It allows to show the interactions between the different molecules too. It is also a very useful tool for the analysis of the molecular motions. Some theoretical recalls on the principle of the method, on the chemical shift, on the scalar coupling and on the signal intensity are given. Then can be found the main constants of the '1 H, '1'3 C,'1'5 N and '3'1 P NMR spectra. (O.M.)
