Calculation of actual fast electron spectrum in multilayered targets
Description
A model of determination of actual fast electron spectra in a multilayer target is developed, it is used the principles of a consequitive collision method and a model of continuous deceleration. Dose and spectral distributions in a model Ti - air - cellulose triacetate - base layer ( AL-Ge-MO-W) target, irradiated by a sinusoidal - modulated beam of accelerated electrons, are calculated. The value of dose distribution in cellulose triacetate is determined by a lower-energy (< approximately 0.1 MeV) part of the actual electron spectrum
