Using of the method of successive approximations for investigation into multiroll rolling

Description

Based on the energetic principles of the theory of plasticity and the successive approximation method, worked out was a mathematical model of section rolling in multiroll passes (as studied on the nickel heat resisting alloy). The realization of the model on a computer made it possible to determine the deformations and the forces for the rolling of a square billet in a four-roll round pass. A theoretical analysis was performed of the square billet rolling regularities in four-roll round pass
