Using of the method of successive approximations for investigation into multiroll rolling

Based on the energetic principles of the theory of plasticity and the successive approximation method, worked out was a mathematical model of section rolling in multiroll passes (as studied on the nickel heat resisting alloy). The realization of the model on a computer made it possible to determine the deformations and the forces for the rolling of a square billet in a four-roll round pass.
