Description
This Decree modifies the 1982 Royal Decree on Radiation Protection as a result of Spain's entry into the European Community and its taking into account of EURATOM Radiation Protection Directives 80/836. The 1987 Decree amends relevant provisions of the 1982 Decree to reflect the basic safety standards of the EURATOM Directives concerning the types of activities which imply exposure, the justification and optimisation of exposure and the requirement that individual doses not exceed specified limits. The annual dose equivalent limits are set out in Annex II to the Decree while Annex III gives the annual limits of intake by inhalation and ingestion for workers and members of the public

Ce Decret royal modifie le Decret royal de 1982 sur la protection contre les radiations a la suite de l'entree de l'Espagne dans la Communaute Europeenne et tient compte des Directives d'EURATOM No. 80/836 et 84/467 sur la radioprotection. Le Decret de 1982 a ete modifie par le present Decret afin de refleter les normes de base des Directives d'EURATOM relatives a toute activite entrainant une exposition, une justification et une optimisation pour toute exposition et la necessite de respecter ces limites. Des limites annuelles pour les doses equivalentes sont fixees dans l'annexe II au Decret; l'annexe III determine pour les travailleurs et les membres de la population, les limites annuelles d'incorporation par inhalation et par ingestionFiles
