Description

The optimal arrangement of the 22 shutter and adjustment of neutron guides is a general objective during the ESS shutter design. This paper has shown the shutter unique philosophy of using rotating shutters while allowing precise adjustment of the neuton guide system inside the shielding block. (orig.)
