Stationary and quasi-stationary electron spectrum in quantum wire and quantum anti-dot with impurity

Description
The quasi-stationary electron states in open cylindrical quantum dot embedded into quantum wire and in spherical anti-dot with donor impurity are studied. The problems are solved using the probability distribution of electron location in the respective closed nano-systems. The method verified for the first nano-system allowed the investigation of quasi-stationary spectrum of electron interacting with donor impurity in quantum anti-dot without using the S-matrix method.
