The article discuss the advances in 99Tcm-sestamibi scintimammography to diagnose P-glycoprotein of breast cancer in multidrug resistance. As a kind of noninvasive fuctional test imaging technology, SPECT can be used to diagnose P-glycoprotein expression in breast cancer and can make decision for clinical treatment. (authors)
