1SE, 1.3p0 and 3Pe autoionization states of two-electrons atoms are investigated. Analytical wave functions of lower states in n-th shell were obtained on the basis of r12-1 diagonalization. The dependence of angular distribution characteristics on the main quantum number within the limit of energy n was established
