Influence of pre-sowing seed treatment by laser irradiation on Chabaud carnation growth and development
Description
Under glasshouse conditions all irradiated combinations showed generally negative effect in comparison to the control. Under field conditions seeds biostimulation by laser light positively affected plant height, flower diameter, number of branches, internodes, leaves and buds per plant. Irradiated plants started flowering about 10 days earlier than the control ones. The strongest effect on analysed morphological features brought the laser irradiation dose of 0.06 J/cubic cm
