Description
High field magnetization measured on the singlet ground state system Cs3Cr2Cl9 up to 40T at low temperature (T=0.5K) shows a characteristic stair-like structure with three well-defined plateaus. At each step, the magnetization curve increase linearly as a function of external field, indicating that the system is in a magnetically ordered state. We discuss the possibility of successive magnetic ordering at three restricted field region, due to inter-dimer interactions. (author)
