Project for a realistic energy transition

For France the energy transition must favor the decreasing of the use of fossil energies by broadening the use of electricity and by promoting non-carbon energies such as renewable energies and nuclear energy, all the while preserving low electric power costs for economic competitiveness and household purchasing power.
