Nuclear Prohibition Acts in New South Wales and Victoria

A comparative analysis of the Nuclear Activities (Prohibitions) Act 1983, No. 9923 -Victoria and the Uranium Mining and Nuclear Facilities (Prohibitions) Act 1986, No.194 - New South Wales is provided. It is estimated that they are obviously very similar and serve to inhibit the effective application of nuclear science and technology in two of Australia's most populous states
