Stability of 99mTc and 188Re labelled HYNIC-IVIG

Description
A HYNIC-modified immunoglobulin IVIG was labelled with 99mTc as well as 188Re. The optimum labelling conditions were determined and stability studies performed. While 99mTc-HYNIC-IVIG is stable for 24 h, the corresponding 188Re-HYNIC-IVIG preparations largely decompose. (orig.)
