Description
Osteolytic cystic lesions of the patella are rare lesions. A review of the literature revealed only one previously reported example. The pathogenesis and radiological and pathological features of intraosseous ganglion cysts are discussed. In addition, the differential diagnosis of lytic patellar lesions is discussed. (orig.).
