Description
The major domestic and foreign mining grade index system were introduced and current research of optimizing the cut-off grade was summarized firstly. It was pointed out that applying the cut-off grade of single index system has important practical significance in uranium mine grade management under the market economy. Based on 3D mine block model and mining economic model, guided by economic efficiency indicators, the basic idea of cut-off grade optimization in uranium mine was put forward. Finally, the idea was applied relying on a large uranium deposits. The main economic indicators contour which is about net present value, internal rate of return, the net annual value, net worth ratio had been drew. The best cut-off grade and corresponding production capacity were recommended. Which deepened the theoretical research of uranium mining technology economics. (authors)
