Crystal-optical effects in the X-ray absorption

Description
Effect of crystal anisotropy on the X-ray absorption is investigated. A formula is obtained for description of the X-ray absorption in a two-axial crystal. The crystal-optical effects in the X-ray spectra are considered. A mechanism is proposed for the dependence of the X-ray absorption fine structure on the sample thickness in an anisotropic crystal. Effect is investigated of the crystal anisotropy on the X-ray fluorescence of one-axial crystal. 5 refs., 1 fig
