In this paper the participants discussed how safeguards and nuclear power technology experts could work out common concepts for innovative reactors and fuel cycles with respect to the prevention of proliferation. The results were analyzed to define the work to be carried out by the IAEA in the broader context of the prevention of proliferation, in support of INPRO, and in support of other initiatives underway by IAEA Member States
