Photoluminescence with Synchrotron VUV Excitation

  • 1. National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center, No. 101, Hsin-Ann Road, Science-Based Industrial Park, Hsinchu 30077, Taiwan (China)

Description

A new end-station for measurement of photoluminescence excited with radiation in the vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) region has been installed at the National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center (NSRRC). Emission dispersed with a 0.32-m monochromator having maximum resolution 0.04 nm is monitored with a photomultiplier tube operated in a photon-counting mode. Preliminary data demonstrate the powerful performance of this end-station
