Description

The deposition of radioactive matter on the ground leads to possible exposure from external β and γ-irradiation and from ingestion. Migration to lower layers of the soil is dealt with globally in the KFA model CURIE for nuclides, considering all layers beneath ploughing depth as a diffusion depression. (DG)

Abstract (German)

Aus der Ablagerung radioaktiver Stoffe am Boden ergeben sich Expositionsmoeglichkeiten durch aeussere β- oder γ-Bestrahlung und durch Ingertion. Der Transfer in tiefergelegene Bodenschichten (Migration) wird im KFA-Modell CURIE fuer Nuklide pauschal erfasst, indem alle Schichten unterhalb der Pflugschartiefe als diffuse Bodensenke angesehen werden.
