Transportable technological x-ray electron magnetic spectrometer

Description
A small-size X ray-electron spectrometer with the π√2 double focusing in an axially symmetric nonuniform magnetic field is described. The radius of the central electron orbit equals 12 cm, the maximum angles of beam divergence in radial and axial directions are 1 deg and 5 deg correspondingly. In this case the spectrometer solid angle equals 0.22% from 4 π, the focal ratio is 0.1%, the apparatus broadening is 5 x 10 -4. The spectrometer analyses electrons at the energy from 0 to 2 keV
