Alpha-particle pickup on the 40Ca and 58Ni nuclei with the (d, 6Li) reaction

Description
The 40Ca and 58Ni(d, 6Li) reactions were studied at 54 MeV bombaring energy. Four final states in 36Ar and eight in 54Fe were identified, and angular distributions were measured. An exact finite range DWBA analysis was carried out and spectroscopic factors compared to those extracted from the data in the reaction (3He, 7Be). 3 references
