Treatment planning in radiotherapy is described for the following: pelvis, involving gynecologic disease, as well as neoplasms of the prostate and bladder, and colorectal malignancies; abdomen, involving neoplasms of the pancreas and bile duct; thorax, involving lung inhomogeneity correction and malignancies of the mediastinum, bronchopulmonary tract, esophagus, trachea, chest wall and breast; head and neck, involving neoplasms of the nasopharynx, parotid gland, glomus jugulare, maxillary antrum, orbit, vocal cords, and metastatic disease; and the central nervous system, involving brain, spinal axis and pituitary gland neoplasms. Treatment plans are also discussed for the extremities and Hodgkin's disease
