Semiconductor superregenerative detector for nuclear magnetic resonance

Description

A superregenerative semiconductor detector of nuclear magnetic resonance comprising a field-transistor supergenerator with the generator part made by the Kolpits scheme, is described. In order to provide self-excitation, steady operation, and detector sensitivity increase, the drain circuit of the field transistor includes a bipolar transistor serving as a current source whose base circuit is paralleled by a resistor and a capacitor, the other contants of the latter being connected to the ground busbar
