On the free edge boundary conditions of the elastic plate theory
Description
A new version of the boundary conditions is suggested in the paper instead of the Kirchhoff-Thomson-Tait conditions in the elastic plate theory. The self-adjointness of the rectangular plate vibration problems is proved. The comparison of results is bringing for different version of the free edge boundary conditions
