Influence of the Mn O2 addition in pyroelectric and dielectric properties of the PLZT 9/65/35

Description

The influence of the Mn O2 addition (1-3 mol%) in the dielectric and pyroelectric properties of the lanthanum modified lead titanate-zirconate relaxer, PLZT 9/65/35, has been studied using impedance and pyroelectric measurements. The frequency dependence of the permittivity and the behavior of the polarization versus temperature were compared with unmodified PLZT 9/65/35. The results show that Mn addition on PLZT inhibits the relaxation and increases the depolarization temperature. (author). 9 refs, 2 figs
