Polarization observables of the deuteron

  • 1. Institute for Theoretical and Experimental Physics, Moscow (Russian Federation)
  • 2. Dipartimento di Fisica, Genova (Italy)
  • 3. INFN - Sez. Genova (Italy)

Description

Deuteron electromagnetic form factors and polarization observables are studied within the Light Cone formalism for Bonn, Paris, RSC, Urbana V14 and OPE potentials. The differences between the LCD calculation and the nonrelativistic one are analyzed, also making use of selected unitary transformations to modify the inner part of the deuteron wave functions.
