Description
Pb2(Sr1-x/2Ax/2)2+nCu2+nO6+2n films have been fabricated on MgO(100) substrates without post annealing by excimer laser ablation process. The films were grown at the substrate temperature of 550C and in the oxygen partial pressure of 1 x 10-3 mbar. The nominal compositions of the targets were Pb2(Sr1-x/2Ax/2)2+nCu2+nO6+2n. X-ray diffraction patterns showed the films were predominantly c-axis oriented Pb2Sr2Ca0.5Y0.5Cu3O8 phase materials with small amount of impurity phases. (orig.)
