Description

A pilot scale project Trial production of nanopolidon foliar feeding at a scale of 500 liters per day was implemented. The content, progress rate and budget balance of the project were in accordance with regarding items in the registered project form approved. The 2,500 liter production of nanopolidon foliar feeding has been produced in an available production line at VINAGAMMA. A manufacturing process fully made in the production of nanopolidon foliar feeding was set up on the basis of practical production and installed equipment. PVP nanogel (N-PVP) was made according to technical characteristics as registered in the approved project form (contract on project implementation of trial production). The technical specifications such as content of hydrocarbon of PVP nanogel, concentration of micro-elements and pH were in conformity with those registered. It was shown that practices on the evaluation of activity of active elements, demo-experiments and field tests have demonstrated a key role of N-PVP, which acted as an effective carrier in the formulation of foliar feeding aiming at supporting a better plant growth. It was indicated that agronomic effect of the nanopolidon foliar feeding was good and highly appreciated. Initially the product was sent to some markets in Ho Chi Minh city, An Giang province and Da Lat city (Lam Dong province), positively responded and accepted by end-users (farmers). (author)
