The case for funding tidal power

This article considers the UK government's energy policy, and argues that phasing out the Non-Fossil Fuel Obligation (NFFO) is a necessary step towards a free market in energy. The private sector concept is outlined, and the estimation of a project's income is discussed. (UK)
