E0-transition in 171Yb

Description
953.46 keV E0-transition from 1048.74(5)keV, 7/27/2+(633)β level to 7/27/2+(633) one is found. Intensity IKE0=0.086(20)K-unit is calculated. The limit lg f0t=10.09(5) is determined for β-transition 7/2 7/2+(404)171Lu→7/2 7/2+(633)β
