Inhibition of the decarboxylase of the aromatic amino-acids by the group of the biologically active derivates of the cinnamon acid

Description
In this paper, the influence of the presence of the biologically active derivates of the cinnamic acid on the Inhibition of the decarboxylase of the aromatic amino-acids (DAAA, EC 4.1.1.28) was studied. For the measurement of the activity of the DAAA a radiometric method based on the measurement of the activity of 14CO2 loosed catalytically from the L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine-1-14C was used
